These terms govern your use of Scripture Memory ("the app"), produced by James DeGreef and Ochorus Book Ministries. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

Scripture Memory helps you read, search, and memorize Scripture using spaced-repetition review. The app is provided free of charge. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Use the app for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or to other users' data.

Scripture content

The Bible texts offered in the app are public-domain translations or are used in accordance with their licenses. Translation names and texts remain the property of their respective sources.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, James DeGreef and Ochorus Book Ministries are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
